1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TslaGo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

TslaGo is a third-party dashboard application for Tesla vehicles. It displays real-time vehicle data including speed, gear position, tire pressure, and other information via Bluetooth (BLE) and Tesla Fleet API.

3. Disclaimer

TslaGo is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Vehicle data displayed may not be 100% accurate or real-time. Always refer to your vehicle's built-in instruments for critical driving information.

4. Safety Warning

Do NOT interact with the App while driving.
The driver is solely responsible for safe vehicle operation at all times.
Speed, tire pressure, and other readings are for informational purposes only and should not replace your vehicle's built-in safety systems.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must have proper authorization to access vehicle data via Tesla Fleet API.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in TslaGo are the property of TslaGo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TslaGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to:

Inaccurate data display.
Vehicle damage or accidents.
Data loss or unauthorized access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TslaGo operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
